Removed the quickstart since it was wrong and confused people... With the Graphical User Interface added in 1.39 (Escape -> Setup), a "quickstart" is sort of obsolete. Also the CPMA defaults (Escape -> Setup -> Reset) have been improved so most settings are set properly from the start.
