This map is pretty monothematic, since you ought to control both yellows, so it's running from one to another, shooting opponent meanwhile.
After first spawn, you probably find yourself near one of the YAs, so don't waste time and grab one, along with RL and one additional weapon (RG or LG, depends on your positions).
After first encounter with enemy, if you don't kill him - don't rush, get another YA (enemy will probably do the same) and health. Afterwards you should already get a kill or two. If not - try to steal armors and come back a little.

If you have advantage in few frags, it might be a good idea to start controlling both armors. The easiest way is to wait for one and take it about 6-10s after it spawns. This will cause a delay, as enemy probably took other one just as it spawned. So after next few seconds of fighting, go to 'his' armor, grab it and rush for the other one, you should be just in time to kill enemy and take second YA.

When you're losing, the most important task is stay alive with controlling one armor, because spawn rape on this map can be pretty easy. After spawning watch out for upper RL, it's good spot to shoot rockets at from almost any point of the map.

Good use of LG and RG comes in handy here, as this is very aim-wise map - catch your opponent in mid air and finish up with rail in his face as he gets to floor. Nades aren't that much of use on this map since you can almost fly around it, but be sure to drop one or two at upper tele (while you're waiting for upper YA, same goes with shooting RL there) or at 50hp bubble / GL (when waiting at lower YA, so you shoot at enemy incoming from RL).

Oh, and remember that weapon respawn time delay on this map is 5s by default, so you can't really deny weapons from opponent and even spawnee is capable of inflicting damage.
